Refund and Return Policy

Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible only for a partial refund or may be rejected.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Warranty
A warranty period of 90 days from the date of delivery is guaranteed by the manufacturer. If a product is found to be defective or not functioning properly during this period, please contact our customer service team for assistance. To be eligible for a warranty claim, the issue must not result from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, customers must retain the original product packaging with the serial number (S/N) code, as it may be required by the manufacturer to verify and process the claim. We may also request photos, videos, or other evidence to assess the issue. Approved warranty claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, at our discretion.

Shipping
To return your product, please send it to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your products are seized by customs and cannot be delivered, you may apply for a refund of the product cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
